Best Buy. Medtronic, and Cargill
Subject Matter Experts will present their best practices for each of the three areas - marketplace, workplace/workforce and community engagement. The practices will demonstrate how a diversity strategy can be evolved to explicitly include people with disabilities and the importance to the bottom line.
11:30 - 11:50 a.m. Toolkit/Resources for Success
Toolkits/Resources will be shared that can immediately be used to create and/or upgrade a truly inclusive diversity strategy. Resources will include templates, video clips, reference materials and sample diversity strategies.
