SPONSORED BY THE MINNESOTA BUSINESS LEADERSHIP NETWORK

Disability is THE emerging diversity dimension and requires strategic inclusion practices for success. Disability includes all other diversity dimensions and individuals with disabilities are proven innovators! The war for talent must include  this untapped resource
For Federal Contractors, the People with Disabilities population will be especially important in preparation for significant changes to Section 503 Regulations by OFCCP. Compliance makes this a critical component for business success. Hear from senior business executives and national  leaders and take away an action plan of best practice strategies!

You will learn:
  • Best practices for diversity strategies that explicitly include people with disabilities to strengthen their organizations employee engagement, innovative culture and ultimately improve market share
