Vinece J Pastor
Vinece Pastor possesses over twenty years of senior level operations and contact center experience, including 15 years in the banking industry leading large scale transformation initiatives. Vinece has worked most recently Citizens Bank, the US Division of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Prior to 2011 Vinece held senior level positions with Capital One Bank, Chevy Chase Bank and SunTrust Bank. Additionally Vinece spent ten years as an operations executive with SafeCard Services, a division of the Trilegiant Corporation. Throughout her career, Vinece has actively supported and promoted the employment of people with disabilities as a sound business and diversity best practice. She is a values based leader, and as evidence of her commitment in this regard was appointed to the Capital One bank-wide Diversity Steering Committee and was selected as one of three women throughout the bank to be featured in a video created around leadership values for Women's History Month in 2010. Additionally while at SunTrust Bank Vinece served for three years on the SunTrust Florida Diversity Steering Committee, was featured in a SunTrust video on diversity and hiring of people with disabilities, and while at Chevy Chase Bank served on the bank-wide Human Resources Steering Committee. Vinece recently served as the Washington DC Metro Business Leadership Network Board Chair from 2009 - 2011 and is currently a member of the Board of Directors.
