Lori Daly
Diversity, Accessibility, and Inclusion Strategist
Lori Daly is the Diversity, Accessibility, and Inclusion Strategist for C5 Consulting. She serves on the Disability:IN DC Metro Advisory Board and is the Community Outreach and College Chair.
Lori partners with C5 Consulting to deliver webinars on disability awareness and etiquette, as well as hiring practices and accommodations for individuals with both visible and non-visible disabilities. She takes great pride in being part of the C5 Dream Team that champions the importance of the ADA and formulates strategies for disability inclusion within the workplace and community.
She has held executive-level roles in government contracting firms and possesses extensive experience in client management, particularly in recruiting and supporting professionals, veterans, and students with disabilities. During her tenure at Northrop Grumman, Lori spearheaded military recruiting initiatives aimed at reintegrating wounded veterans into the workforce, developed disability recruiting programs, and co-chaired the Disability Employee Resource Group.
Lori is the President of Diversifi Consulting Group (DiversifiCG), a certified Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE®), Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). She founded DiversifiCG based on her experience with the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and employers when hiring or working with them.
