Rick Rodgers is the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for C5 Consulting LLC, where he serves as member of the C5 Dream Team collaborating with clients, partners and suppliers to identify, forge, and spearhead strategies for building and nurturing strong internal and external relationships that deliver meaningful engagement and impactful results for influential and broadly inclusive stakeholders and constituencies.

Throughout his career, Rick has been a catalyst bringing together people and organizations to help visions become reality in commercial, public, and non-profit enterprises in ways that enhance individual and collective success. Rick is known as acollaboration champion and visionsmith. He has worked with and for governors, corporate executives, technology companies, information providers, international trade and development agencies, associations, and the disabled in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and the Americas are to achieve innovative ways to share and optimize resources that help visions become realities. The results he and his teams have achieved are described as among the best of their type in the world.

Rick is an access and inclusion trailblazer uniquely able to conceive, develop, and optimize world-class business and shared resource initiatives by identifying and aligning critical relationships both inside and outside an enterprise. He is the founder and CEO of The Resource Network LLC, which he created and led to be one of the first 100 companies in the world to be certified as a Disability-Owned Business Enterprise by Disability:IN. He serves on the Strategic Advisory Board and is the chair of Disability Supplier Inclusion for Disability:IN DC Metro. His client list includes Keurig Green Mountain Coffee Roadster, MCI/Verizon, MERANT/Micro Focus, Special Olympics, U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Trade and Development Agency.

A CPA and graduate of the University of Kentucky, Rick has served as Vice President for the Administration for the Mortgage Bankers Association of America; Director of Administration and Finance, and Secretary-Treasurer of the National Governors Association; Controller of the Council of State Governments, and in the practice of public accounting
