C5 Consulting, LLC, a disability-owned, woman-owned firm, brings specialized corporate expertise in global disability, inclusion, and culture change strategy. We provide premier solutions for disability inclusion challenges: from talent acquisition to partner pipelines, from compliance to culture change, from accommodations to accessibility, from market awareness to market gain. This overview is designed to highlight the depth of our disability inclusion knowledge and capabilities. Agile customized consulting enables C5 to meet specific client needs.
Since 2011, using our unique approach of “LEAP” (addressing leadership, education, accessibility, and pipeline), we have supported many corporate clients from the inception stage of disability inclusion journey to providing strategic consulting for more mature disability inclusive clients. In 2014, C5 authored and developed Disability IQ, a Professional Development Course e-learning series which has since provided training to more than 6,000 individuals and more than 576 organizations. The course content was created for delivery in-person, virtual and is available as e-learning. It is updated annually to reflect the changes in disability culture and current corporate focus. The series includes topics covering appropriate language, Self-Disclosure and Self-ID, ERG, business case, and accommodations, to raise awareness, and offer team building exercises. Topics are developed and delivered based on client requests.
